Steven Scheffer
Senior Director of Clinical Services
Steven Scheffer, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, CHC, CEIS is the Senior Director of Clinical Services for ATI Worksite Solutions. Steven received a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Florida, a master’s degree to become a board-certified family nurse practitioner from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a doctor of nursing practice degree from Augusta University.
After working for five years as a family nurse practitioner and clinical preceptor for UNC at Chapel Hill, Steven established Atlanta-based Piedmont Hospital’s first onsite employee health clinic and was instrumental in launching the state of Georgia’s first Accountable Care Organization pilot program between CIGNA and Piedmont Healthcare serving over 10,000 members. He then served eight years as senior nurse practitioner for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company prior to joining AWS in 2020. Steven supports our healthcare providers and directors to exceed client expectations through training and on-going development, case management, and mentorship.
Today, Steven is privileged to support a dedicated team of health professionals focused on efficient, high quality care for the employee populations they serve.
